Are new security screenings affecting your decision to fly?

I took the poll earlier and am delighted with the results! Honestly, this all seems like a bad dream but it's really happening. Hopefully we can make a difference. I know some people don't have a choice, but I absolutely refuse to fly commercially from the United States and I have always loved to travel. I will instead try to find out how to embark on charter flights or take other means of transit. I live in New York City so I don't have a car and I don't like to drive long distances anyway, so I'll take a cruise or a train trip or fly out of Canada. Perhaps if the airlines start hurting economically then they will push the TSA into reasonable security measures that do not make us give up our 4th Amendment rights and subject ourselves to sexual molestation. I can't even imagine being a tourist from another country willing to come and suffer these indignities. This is going to hurt our economy even further.
