Passenger Pat-Down Rights

Hi FlyersRights members,

Can someone in the group give an overview of the current, existing rights that passengers do have when they request a pat down? For example, does the passenger have the right to have a person accompany them? Do they have the right NOT to go to a private room so that others view the process? Do they have the right to film the pat-down?
